Our items ship from our state-of-the-art distribution center that is centrally located in Shepherdsville, KY. This means that your order will be processed quickly and accurately and in your hands in a short amount of time.

DeepDiscount.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide within 30 days that you do not want the product you purchased, you may return it for a full refund as long as it is unopened in its original packaging.

Placing an Order

We recommend creating an account to easily track all your purchases with us. You will be able to manage your shipping addresses, payments and have the option to use a wish list. We understand that for various reasons you may not want to create an account. You will have the ability to purchase from our website by using our Guest Checkout. For your convenience and security, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex cards along with PayPal and PayPal Credit. We may need to contact you regarding your order, please provide the most accurate contact information when submitting your order.

At any time after completing your order, you can log into "My Account" to track the status of your order.

To checkout using a credit/debit card follow these steps:
  • Log in to your account on our website by clicking Log In on the upper left-hand side of our page.
  • Click on ADD TO CART on the items that you wish to purchase.
  • On the upper right-hand side of the page, click the "Checkout" button to begin the process.
  • Select your Country and enter the zip code where your order will ship to. You can then select the shipping option that is best for you.
  • If you have a Promo Code please enter it and click “Apply”, this is not required.
  • Click Secure Checkout to pay using Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express.
  • Enter your credit card Billing Address. It is important that the billing address and phone number that you enter matches what your bank or credit card company have on file for you.
  • If you wish to have your order shipped to your billing address check Same as Billing or enter a new address under shipping address.
  • Select a saved card and enter your security code or select New Credit Card and enter your card number, expiration date and security code.
  • Verify that all required fields are filled and accurate and click Submit Order.
  • You will be taken to your confirmation page that will show your order details and order number.
To check out using PayPal follow these steps:
  • Log in to your account on our website by clicking Log In on the upper left-hand side of our page.
  • Click on ADD TO CART on the items that you wish to purchase.
  • On the upper right-hand side of the page, click the "Checkout" button to begin the process.

Order Changes

If you need to make any changes to an existing order, please contact customer service ASAP. While we will make every effort to make the requested changes we may not always be able to update your order.


Pricing and Availability Policy

Guaranteed Lowest Total Price

If you have found an item we currently offer at a competitor’s site, with the same UPC code, at a Total Price*, simply e-mail the URL linking the production formation to cs@deepdiscount.com with PRICE MATCH in the subject line. This must be done prior to placing the order with us. Price Match requests will include competitor shipping and handling, as well as state sales tax, if applicable.

We determine the lowest total price of an individual item as follows:

Product Price + Standard Shipping and Handling + Applicable State Sales Tax = Total Price

Rules and restrictions:

We do not price match clubs or membership sites like Costco, auction sites like E-bay or any other online marketplaces.

Price matches will not be honored on items sold at “brick-and-mortar” locations or for sites that offer in store pick up options.

We only price match domestic USA based websites, no international websites will be matched.

Online retailers that do not disclose their contact information, including mailing address and origin of shipment will not be matched.

Price match quantities are limited to one unit per customer.

Price match requests cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or coupons.

Expedited shipping options and international shipping charges will not be matched.

We reserve the right to limit quantities. You will be notified if any portion of your order must be cancelled.

Pre-Order Policy

In many instances, you may pre-order items on DeepDiscount.com. Such items will list a release/available date. If you pre-order an item, your credit card will be charged at the time the product is shipped. If you pay using PayPal, payment will be taken at time of check out. We will ship the item(s) to you to arrive as close as possible to the release/available date. Availability dates are supplied by the manufacturer or distributor of the product and are subject to change without notice. If you do not wish to wait for a delay, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item has not entered the shipping process in our warehouse. If we do not hear from you before we ship the item, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.


Coupons, Promotions and Rebates

From time to time, DeepDiscount.com offers discounts to its customers. Please see below for instructions about redeeming promotional coupons.

  • During the checkout process, enter your code in your promo code box in your shopping cart.
  • Verify the discount was applied to your order total in your shopping cart.
  • If the promo code was not applicable or did not meet the requirements for the discount, you will see a message in your shopping cart.
Coupon and Promotion Policies
  • One coupon per order. Coupons are not valid with any other coupon offer, shipping offer or promotion. If you enter two coupon codes, our system will accept whichever coupon you entered last.
  • Promotional offers or coupons might list certain restrictions and conditions, such as one use per customer, minimum purchase required or other specific conditions. Please refer to the offer for specific details.
  • If you return an item that was purchased with a coupon, you will be refunded only for the amount you paid (that is the price of the item, less the coupon value).

Sales Tax Policy

If your state requires us to collect and remit sale or other taxes, these amounts will be reflected in your shopping cart.


Payment Options

Credit Card

DeepDiscount.com accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number as they appear on your credit card statement. Incorrect information will cause a delay in shipping your order or we may not be able to process your order.

Upon acceptance of your order, your credit card will be authorized for the total amount of the order. This is not a charge, you may notice that your account will show this as a “Pending” charge. Once the order is shipped, your credit card will be charged for the shipped items, shipping and processing and any applicable taxes.

If we are unable to fill your back order/special order item(s) within 45 days of the order date, the items will be cancelled from your order. You will receive notification of this cancellation via email.

PayPal

DeepDiscount.com also accepts PayPal and PayPal Credit as forms of payment. Please be advised that if you are using PayPal, payment for the entire order will be deducted from your account when the order is placed. Your order will be processed as soon as your PayPal payment clears. You can expect a longer delay if paying via bank draft. Credit/Debit card purchases tend to clear faster. Standard Shipping is FREE* with a minimum purchase of $25.00 or $1.99 per unit on orders of $25.00 or less.

The domestic Standard Shipping method will be determined by DeepDiscount.com. We use several carriers, including but not limited to, USPS, UPS & DHL. Once shipped, Standard Shipping orders take 3-10 business days to arrive. Orders shipping to HI/AK/PR/VI and other outlying areas may take longer to arrive. We will include a link with the tracking information in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Please be aware that it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. *Heavier items are subject to an additional shipping surcharge. See overweight chart below. Free standard delivery is only available for domestic shipments.

Expedited Shipping - $5.99 per order plus .99 cents per unit.

The domestic Expedited Shipping method will be determined by DeepDiscount.com. We use several carriers, including but not limited to, USPS, UPS & DHL. Once shipped, Expedited Shipping orders take 2-5 business days to arrive. Orders shipping to HI/AK/PR/VI and other outlying areas may take longer to arrive. We will include a link with the tracking information in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Please be aware that it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. Expedited shipping will apply only to the first shipment of in-stock items; subsequent backorder or pre-order shipments will be sent via Standard Shipping. *Heavier items are subject to an additional shipping surcharge. Second Day Shipping - $7.99 per order plus $1.49 per unit.

Second Day orders are shipped to arrive within 2 business days. Your order must be placed by 11:30 A.M. ET Monday - Friday to be eligible to ship out the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 A.M. ET will ship the following business day and arrive 2 days later. Second Day orders are only delivered Monday – Friday and will apply only to the first shipment of in-stock items; subsequent backorder or pre-order shipments will be sent via Standard Shipping. This service is ONLY available for the lower 48 states, it is NOT available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. *Heavier items are subject to an additional shipping surcharge. Next Day Shipping - $13.99 per order plus $1.99 per unit.

Next Day orders are shipped to arrive the following business day. Your order must be placed by 11:30 A.M. ET Monday - Friday to be eligible to ship out the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 A.M. ET will ship the following business day and arrive the next day. The international Shipping method will be determined by DeepDiscount.com. Most orders will be delivered by your local post office. Orders generally take 8-15 business days. Depending on the service that we use to ship your order, you may not have any tracking information. If tracking information is available, you will see it in your shipping confirmation. Shipping time will vary depending on your proximity to your distribution center. Due to potential delays with customs clearance and other factors we ask that you allow up to 30 days for delivery before contacting customer service. We may not be able to ship your order to a PO Box, because of this please provide a physical shipping address during check out. We are unable to ship electronics internationally. *Heavier items are subject to an additional shipping surcharge. See overweight chart below.

International VAT/GST

If we are required to collect VAT/GST fees by your country, you will see the fee in your shopping cart and your package will be marked accordingly. If your country does not require us to collect any taxes on your order, please be prepared to possibly pay any fees associated with importing merchandise from the USA. We are not and cannot be responsible for what your country charges. We do not declare packages at less than paid value, and we do not make special accommodations such as opening your package and only shipping discs.

Tracking my Package

To track your package, log into "My Account" and choose an order to review. If a tracking number is available, it will be displayed in the order detail with a link directly to the shipping company. If a tracking number is not available, or the tracking number is not valid when clicking the shipping company link, please contact us. Our Sales Support Department will be happy to assist you in providing the status of your order, including tracking updates.


Order Status

It is possible to check the status of your order by logging into "My Account". Once logged into your account click “View details in ORDER HISTORY. You will see a listing of your orders with DeepDiscount.com. To see the status of an order simply click on View to see your order details.


Returning an Item

DeepDiscount.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

For DVDs, Blu-ray discs, HD-DVDs, Music, Books, Video Games and Collectibles, you may only return your UNOPPENED merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the merchandise price and any applicable tax. You are responsible for return shipping expenses unless you receive a damaged, defective or not as ordered item. Please include your order number and reason for return inside the package. In the event that you ordered the incorrect item, we are unable to exchange one item for another. A refund would have to be processed for the item and a new order would have to be placed for the correct item. Please send the item(s) back to the address below.

If you receive a damaged, defective, not as advertised or wrong item please contact customer service via email or 800-264-5076 M-F 8am-7pm CST or Sat 9am-5pm. Upon receipt of your merchandise a refund will be generated to the original form of payment. Please allow a few days for our returns department to process and the refund to be issued. If you wish to receive a replacement for your damaged or defective item, please make sure you include a note in your order stating that you wish to receive a replacement.
